INITIAL DEPOSIT POLICIES:
The initial deposit is required to reserve and to take the apartment off market subject to an approval of $1,000 Deposit .
-If the application for the property is approved by the company , the deposit amount will be applied towards the Security Deposit.
-If the client decides to cancel the reservation after an application is submitted and approved by the company , the Deposit will not be refunded to the Client.
